Who we are
Exodus Planet operates this website (exodusplanet.com) and the Exodus Planet app, available as a Telegram Mini App and on the web. Exodus Planet is independent and is not made by Telegram. For any privacy question, write to lotex@exodusplanet.com.
This website
- No cookies, no tracking. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- Hosting. Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and block attacks.
- Contact form. When you send the form, your name, email, topic and message are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form delivery service. We use them only to reply to you and keep them only as long as we need to handle your request.
What the app collects
- Your Telegram id, name, username, photo and language, and your email if you sign up with one.
- Device and session details, such as the device label and when a session was last used. Your IP address is stored only as a keyed hash.
- Your messages and media, and your activity in the app.
Why we use it
To run your account and the app, keep it safe from abuse, and improve it. We do not sell your data and we show no targeted ads.
Who processes it
Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Fly.io (servers), Telegram, and our error-reporting and analytics tools. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Messages stay until you delete them or your account. A sign-up that is started but not finished within 24 hours is deleted. Security and payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can see your sessions and sign them out in the app's Settings, and ask us for a copy of your data or for the deletion of your account. Deleting an account anonymises your profile and messages. To make a request, write to lotex@exodusplanet.com.
Children
Exodus Planet is for people aged 16 and over.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date above. If a change affects how the app uses your data, the app shows you the new version before it applies.
